Shipping policy

SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship across India. Currently we do not ship internationally.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. During sale periods or holidays, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

COD ORDERS
Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no one available to receive, the courier will attempt redelivery once. After that the order will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to rearrange delivery.
