Refund policy

At NYRA, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Item must be in original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bodysuits that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.

EXCHANGES
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, WhatsApp us at [your WhatsApp number] or email nyrashapewear.help@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising a return request.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Worn or washed bodysuits
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

2. Reason for return
3. Photos of the item

We will respond within 24 hours.
